Production introduction :

•  该产品适用于单一铝牌号集中熔炼供应生产，一般为1台快速集中熔解保温炉供应多台保温炉使用 ；

This product is applied to single aluminum plate concentrated smelting to supply for the production ,generally one piece of fast concentrating smelting insulation furnace can supply for multiple insulation furnaces . 

•  燃烧系统选用长焰燃烧器火焰辐射力强，多点温度检测反馈控制比例调节，火焰充分燃烧、提高热能利用率、减少氧化物产生降低烧损率、金属烧损低于1.5% ；

The combustion system has selected the long flame burner with a strong flame radiation , multiple temperature testing feedback control proportional adjustment, full combustion of flame , improving the utilization of the heat energy ,reducing the oxide production and burning loss rate , making the metal burning loss rate lower than 1.5% .

•  炉膛整体结构分层设计，结构清晰、圆弧角过渡便于清扫； 

The overall framework of the chamber of the furnace layered design,  clear structure and arc angle transition ， convenient for cleaning .

•  投料塔分层卡料设计及程序投料设计，铝锭充分吸收烟气热量降低能耗； 

The feeding tower layered material seizing-up design and procedure feeding design , guarantee the aluminum ingot absorb the flue gas heat fully to reduce the energy loss 

•  PLC可编程序控制以及集成触摸屏、操作简单、安全稳定、维修简便； 

PLC programmable control and integrated touch screen ,simple operation ,simple and stable , convenient maintenance 

•  适应燃料：天然气、液化气；

Adaptive fuel: natural gas , liquefied gas

•  炉膛选用美国联矿浇注料分次浇注成型，使用寿命大于5年；
