Production introduction 

• 该产品一般与快速集中熔解保温炉配合使用，一般用于压铸机边；

This product is used with fast concentrate smelting insulation furnace for matching makes ,generally used for die-casting edge 

• 该产品造型紧凑、占地面小、形式多样、可配套目前市场所有主流铝合金压铸机；

The product has compact modeling,  small ground occupying,diversity of forms, can match all the main aluminum alloy die-casting machine . 

• 炉膛选用不粘铝浇注料整体浇注成型，使用寿命大于3年；

The chamber of the furnace uses non stick aluminium castables for integral modeling , the service life is more than 3 years. 

• 采用进口纳米隔热及陶瓷纤维保温材料，保温效果好，炉壁温升≤环境温度+25°；

It uses imported nano insulation and ceramic fiber insulation material, good insulation effect , furnace wall temperature rising ≤ environment temperature  +25°C

• 炉体加热上盖设计为气缸开合方式，便于清渣及维护；

The furnace heating lid design , is cylinder opening and closing , convenient for slag remove and maintenance .

• 燃烧系统选用平焰燃烧器火焰辐射面积大升温速度快，带烟气回收蓄热装置，提高热效率，降低能耗；

The burning system uses flat flame burner, the flame radiation increase speed is fast,with flue gas recovery and heat storage device, increase heat efficiency , reduce energy loss . 

• 铝液、炉膛气氛温度双重控制，延长炉膛寿命，温控采用PID闭环控制，4～20mA模拟量输出调节，降低能耗、提高控温精度（±5°）；

Double control for Aluminium liquid and furnace chamber temperature , prolong the life service of the furnace chamber, temperature control using PID closed loop control, 4～20mA simulation output adjustment ,reduce energy loss, improve temperature control accuracy （±5°）
