Product introduction

• 该产品当做熔化炉或保温炉使用，更换坩埚即可实现更换生产的合**号，应用灵活方便 ；

This product can be used for smelting or insulation dependently, , replace the furnace , can realize the alloy plate number replacing, for convenient application .

• 炉膛采用纤维棉、保温砖、莫来石砖、浇注料，炉壁温升≤环境温度+30°；

The furnace chamber uses the fiber cotton , insulation brick, mullite brick,castables, the furnace wall temperature rising ≤ environment temperature +30°C.

• 燃烧系统选用长焰燃烧器火焰辐射力强，炉膛、铝液温度检测反馈控制燃烧，两段火燃

设计充分吸收热能降低能耗 ；

The burning system uses long flame burner, flame radiation is strong , the furnace chamber , aluminum liquid temperature test feedback controls the burning, two flame stage design can absorb the heat energy , and reduce the energy loss .

烟气热量回收系统，热能循环使用降低能耗；

• Gas fuel heat energy recovery system , heat circulate use , reduce the energy loss

• 高压风机采用变频控制，配合空燃比列阀保证火焰充分燃烧；

High pressure fan uses frequency conversion control , match with empty-burning proportion valve to guarantee the fire burn fully .

• 油缸可支撑炉体倾倒90°倒出坩埚内所有金属熔液，便于更换金属牌号、清渣容易、操作简单；

The hydro-cylinder can support 90°C to pour out all the metal liquid , for the convenience of changing metal plate, easy for scarfing .
