• 该产品当做熔化炉或保温炉使用,更换坩埚即可实现更换生产的合**号,应用灵活方便 ;
This product can be used for smelting or insulation dependently, , replace the furnace , can realize the alloy plate number replacing, for convenient application .
• 炉膛采用纤维棉、保温砖、莫来石砖、浇注料,炉壁温升≤环境温度+25°;
The furnace chamber uses the fiber cotton , insulation brick, mullite brick,castables, the furnace wall temperature rising ≤ environment temperature +25°C.
• 电磁加热电源采用德国英飞凌IGBT及进口芯片、漏电保护器、自动扫频及调整脉宽,功率元件采用水冷冷却方式(冷却系统可选配),20多项保护功能,40多项在线监测;
The electromagnetism heating power using Germany YingFeiLing IGBT and imported chip, electricity leakage protector ,automatic frequency scanning and pulse width, the power element use the water cooling technique( optional for cooling system), more than 20 protecting functions , more than 40 online monitor .
• 铝液、炉膛气氛温度双重控制,延长炉膛寿命,温控采用PID闭环控制,4~20mA模拟量输出调节,降低能耗、提高控温精度(±3°);
Double control for copper liquid and furnace chamber temperature , prolong the life service of the furnace chamber, temperature control using PID closed loop control, 4~20mA simulation output adjustment ,reduce energy loss, improve temperature control accuracy (±3°)
• 非接触式加热,由于坩埚自身发热作用,大大降低铝液各种杂质,无聚底结垢现象;
Non-contact heating,due to the heat radiation by the furnace iteself, reduce foreign substaince of the Alumimun liquid , no scaling .
• 该产品比普通电阻炉省电20%~40%,设备体积小、效率高、能耗少、熔解升温快、炉温易控制;
This product is 20%~40% energy saving than traditional electric resitantant furnace . The equipment has small size , high effiency , low energy consumption, quick temperature rising , easy control for the furnace temperature
• 采用碳化硅石墨坩埚加热元件,不会造成增铁、增硅现象、更容易更换,坩埚使用寿命≥6个月;
It uses silicon carbide graphite furnace heating element , will not cause iron increasing or silicon increasing , and convenient for replacing , the service life is ≥6 months .
• 油缸可支撑炉体倾倒90°倒出坩埚内所有金属熔液,便于更换金属牌号,清渣容易、操作简单、安全可靠;
The hydro-cylinder can support 90°C to pour out all the metal liquid , for the convenience of changing metal plate, easy for scarfing .
